Cut boneless chicken into cubes.
Sprinkle some salt ,pepper and chilli powder over the chicken pieces.Keep it aside.
Heat 1Tbsp of butter in a non stick pan with a tight fitting lid.
Add the onion and cook till light brown color.
Add mushrooms,1/2tsp of pepper powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the mushrooms and onions from the pan.
In the same pan add 1Tbsp of butter and add chicken cubes.Stir fry till well browned on both sides.
Add 2 cups of water and close the lid and simmer for sometime(till the chicken is tender).Take out 1/2 cup of chicken stock from the cooked chicken.
Cool the stock and mix with maida.
Keep the maida paste aside.
Return the pan with the chicken to heat .Add tomato puree,tomato sauce,Worcestershire sauce and fried onion and mushroom to the chicken in the pan.
Add salt ,pepper,and maida paste.
Stir and bring it to boil.Whip cream and yogurt well so that there are no lumps.
Take pan off the heat and add cream - yogurt mixture.Mix well.Add chopped capsicum .
Heat on very low flame gently and remove just before it starts to boil.
